GCDS FIRST: The Campaign for Tradition and Innovation focuses on three areas of impact.

• Middle School:

Alleviates critical issues of capacity and provides spaces ideally configured for innovative teaching, active learning, collaboration, and the development of new curricular initiatives.

• Faculty Housing:

Increases faculty residency to 80%, with significant impact on teacher recruitment and the school’s overall educational environment and sense of family and community.

• Endowment:

Provides financial flexibility and stability, with short- and long-term benefits in curriculum enhancement, faculty quality, financial aid, and tuition moderation.
